HiQo Solutions propose you several contractual schemes that involves remote and on site development. You can choose the appropriate scheme and switch between them during the project flow.

1. Full Software Outsourcing

All the project stages are implemented remotely. This scheme implies that both sides communicate via phone calls, mail, video and voice conferences and so on.

Advantages:

Low costs. No travelling expenses

Shorter duration (usually it takes some time to get to customer’s site)

Disadvantages:

There is no direct contact with the other side

Everyday direct communication is impossible

Shorter total communication time

Possible time zone difference

2. Partial Sofware Outsourcing

Some of the project separate tasks are performed at the client’s site (for example business analysis) and the rest are performed remotely.

Advantages:

Possibility to analyze customer vision in detail and to gather the complete list of business requirements

Unlimited direct communication

Disadvantages:

Travelling expenses

3. Dedicated Offshore Center
